HerStory Matters

  • Anaheim White House 887 South Anaheim Boulevard Anaheim, CA, 92805 United States (map)

Since 1921, the YWCA of Orange County (YWCA-OC) has been serving the community with a mission to eliminate racism, empower women and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. We at YWCA-OC believe that women deserve the chance of leading a bold, strong, and confident life in their communities throughout Orange County. Our programs are designed to provide healthcare opportunities, job training and placement, self-esteem programs, such as our prom project, and scholarship opportunities for adult reentry women to pursue their academic or career goals.

We are prepared to make HERstory and want you to join us on this incredible journey. We are launching second luncheon on September 21, 2019. The event will be held at the Anaheim Whitehouse from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Three dynamic and inspiring women and our Master of Ceremonies will be telling their stories, sharing their challenges, sacrifices, celebrations, and milestones that made them who they are today. Our speakers will include:
