YES staff and interns will be meeting with parents and students to promote the many services YES offers to youth seeking their first job or developing important job search skills from creating resumes, on-line job searching, successful interview tips and practice, career options/pathways and local resources. This is the first of many student/parent outreach events and workshops to be held this year with Anaheim high schools. Thank you to our Savannah High School partner and CCAT leader Mr. Israel Rubio, Assistant Vice Principal for your support!
Our YWCA-OC provided turkey vouchers to 20 households. These families who were once homeless will be able to experience this special holiday dinner together in a home of their own. Thank you to our community partners - Hyundai, Northgate Markets and the Illumination Foundation.
